Zontians are executives and professionals in decision-making positions willing to contributing their best efforts  to improve the legal, political, educational, economic and health status of women worldwide. A time commitment is required of all members.  

Each club includes members from a variety of occupations and professions.  To ensure professional diversity within each club, Zonta membership is by invitation.
