The Z Club and Golden Z Club Subcommittee is a subcommittee to the standing Status of Women Service Committee. Its members, have expertise in youth development and education, knowledge of scholarship requirements and recipient responsibilities, and an interest in promoting youth service. Some of the responsibilities include communicating with District Governors and District Z Club Committees to promote the organization of Z clubs and Golden Z clubs, encouraging Zonta clubs to organize and support Z clubs and Golden Z clubs, evaluating applications for the Emma Conlon Z Club and Golden Z Club Award Program, and reviewing criteria for evaluation standards and application scoring.
