The Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarships Subcommittee is a subcommittee to the standing Status of Women Service Committee. Its members have knowledge of business, scholarship requirements and recipient responsibilities, and are committed to helping undergraduate women enter careers and seek leadership positions in business-related fields.

Some of the responsibilities include evaluating District Scholarship recipients' applications and selecting recipients for International scholarships, establishing criteria for Scholarship eligibility, evaluation standards and scoring of applicants, and suggesting improvements for the Scholarship program.
